About LEGO The Legend of Zelda™

The Legend of Zelda is one of Nintendo's most celebrated series, and its LEGO line is pitched squarely at adults who grew up with the games. Instead of a wide range of small play sets, LEGO has so far chosen a handful of large, detailed models built around specific locations and moments from the series.

Brickheist tracks two sets. Great Deku Tree 2-in-1 (77092, 2,500 pieces) is the big one: it can be built as the tree from Ocarina of Time or as its later Breath of the Wild version, and comes with a selection of characters from both games. Ocarina of Time - The Final Battle (77093, 1,003 pieces) returns to the same game and recreates its closing confrontation as a smaller, more focused display.

Both sets carry a relatively high recommended price for their size bracket, reflecting the Nintendo licence, and neither is discounted at the retailers we follow right now. With only two sets, our data says more about individual sets than about the theme. Large licensed sets with a strong fan base tend to sell steadily and are rarely reduced heavily, so if the Deku Tree is on your list, a moderate discount is worth taking when it appears.
