About LEGO Looney Tunes
Looney Tunes is Warner Bros.' cartoon stable, with Bugs Bunny, Tweety, Daffy Duck and the rest of the cast dating back to the golden age of theatrical shorts. LEGO has used the licence before, most notably for a collectible minifigure series, but the sets Brickheist tracks are buildable character models rather than play sets.
There are two of them. Bugs Bunny (40920, 605 pieces) is a brick-built figure of the rabbit himself, and Sweetheart Tweety Bird (40824, 412 pieces) is a smaller display build of the canary. Both are designed to be built in an evening and stood on a shelf or desk, and they sit at the affordable end of the character-model format.
With just two sets, there is not much of a pattern to read. One of them is currently discounted at the retailers we follow, by a notable margin, which suggests these are sets you can pick up below full price if you watch for it. They are unlikely to become sought-after collector pieces, so buy them for the characters and wait for an offer rather than paying full price.
