About LEGO Fortnite
LEGO Fortnite builds on Epic Games' hugely popular online game, and the theme reflects the game's mix of bright characters, supply drops and oddball locations. It is aimed at players of the game, from older children to adults, and splits into two kinds of set: brick-built display figures of recognisable characters and items, and play sets with minifigures based on in-game locations and vehicles.
The largest set in Brickheist's catalogue is Mecha Team Leader (77078), a big poseable figure, followed by Rave Cave (77082) and KIT (77081). Supply Drop (77080) is among the newest, and earlier releases included brick-built llamas and the Battle Bus.
Fortnite is one of the most discounted themes we track. Nearly every set in our Danish catalogue is on offer somewhere, and the average saving is close to forty per cent of recommended price. The recommended price range is wide, from small figures to the large mech. One set has retired so far, and since collector demand for game licences tends to follow the game's own popularity, long-term value is hard to predict.
With discounts this deep and common, there is little reason to pay full price. The large display figures give the most visual impact for the money, while the smaller sets are good gifts for players. Check which characters are included, as they matter most to fans of the game.
